Fun at the Park!!

Jackson, Kendall, & I had a fun day at the park today. It wasn't as humid as it's been lately and both kids actually listened to me and no one cried...very rare!!

We finally got to meet Keaton at her party today. Kendall and Jackson can't wait until she is big enough to play with them. Jackson also requested that they should have a boy for him to play with!!

Kendall wore a Wesley shirt today and she thought that made her an official member of the class. It won't be long and she will be in preschool too!! I think she's ready!!

Sandbox

Kendall played in the sandbox today while Jackson was at school. We got blue sand this year. I was a little worried about mixing water with it...we thought the color might come off and turn the kids into Smurfs...but it doesn't. We were only outside for a little while when Kendall spotted a "bee" (it turned out to be a fly), but there was no convincing her of that. She also thought the mole on her arm was a bug. It's going to be a fun summer! Apparently she not only looks like Mommy, but acts like her too!!

It was a beautiful day today. Jackson and Kendall had lots of fun swinging at Memee & Papaw's house.

Jackson and Kendall made a cake today for Memee's birthday. Jackson put purple food coloring in the cake mix and Kendall picked green for the icing. Kendall picked out the sprinkles too. I think it was definitely the most colorful cake she's ever had!

Daniel, Lindsay, Campbell, & Graham come over on Tuesdays to watch American Idol and hang out. The kids love to "take care" of the twins.
